Stable B&B Nightly Tariffs 2026
Maximum capacity 2 Guests. A 2 Night Minimum Stay is required for all stays in Stable B&B. Kergudon Breakfast is included in this nightly B&B Tarriff.

Important Information
Minimum Stay
During HIGH SEASON & SEASONAL periods Priory, Granary & Hayloft have a minimum stay of 7 nights.
At all other times of year there is a two night minimum stay in all of our properties.
End Of Stay Gite Cleaning
is not included in your Gite Self-Catering Tariff. Please see Terms & Conditions below or consult our Facilities Page.

All bookings are made in accordance with these conditions.
Extras
We have no hidden costs in addition to the prices quoted here with the exception of the Tourist Tax.
All of our prices include, gas, 1st basket of firewood*, electricity**, Wifi***, Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels & taxes.
If staying for 7 nights or more, we include robes and beach towels for Direct Bookings Only.
Firewood
At Kergudon we have invested in two eco-friendly and highly efficient Air Source Heat Pumps which provide the heating in Priory & Granary. The wood burners are therefore no longer required for for heating but make for a charming and cosy atmosphere.
During the cooler months (October to April) we offer your first basket of logs free of charge but make a small charge for subsequent baskets. All fire wood is provided for Hayloft.
Currency
Please note that all prices are quoted in EUR (€) however, we can also accept payments in GBP (£). We use the Post Office's online exchange rate for all conversions.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash according to our Terms & Conditions.
Check-In & Arrival Days
During the 'High Summer Season' Check-in Days are Saturdays
During all other Seasons Check-in can be any day.
Check-in is from 16h30
Check-out is by 10h00
Tourist Tax
The rates of the tourist tax in Finistère is calculated per night per person for guests over the age of 18. The tourist tax will be added to your gite tarif and your booking confirmation email and will be collected by the Gites de Kergudon on behalf of the state.
Additional Guests
Priory and Granary nightly tariffs are per night for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are charged 20€ per person per night. See 'Terms of Booking' for further details.
Wifi
Wifi is available in all the gites.
Hayloft and Stable receive their wifi through a signal from a central system.
In Hayloft Gite there is a good wifi connection in the lounge area but not in the back of the property in the bedroom
Electricity
** Electricity consumption is included in all our tarifs for accommodation. Please note that an additional charge will be made per night for Electric Car Charging.
Welcome Gift
Gite Guests with reservation of 7 nights or more will receive a welcome gift from Ben & Dave which showcases the gorgeous local produce and products.
Upon arrival, all guests in both Gites and Stable B&B will find a selection of Twinings Teas, Coic Coffee Capsules and Handmade Organic Soap and Shampoo.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in any Self-Catering Tarrif
Our 'Kergudon' breakfast is included in the Stable Nightly B&B Tariffs only and includes fresh Coffee, Croissants, Pain au Chocolate, Bread, Butter, Jam, Orange juice, natural yoghurt and fruit.
